For anyone on the fence about joining, I highly encourage you to consider doing so. I have been a member of the TRUST for over a year and a half and can't say how incredible the experience has been. They offer amazing learning opportunities to grow and develop as a leader in health care and also offer substantial networking opportunities.
Tracey Armstrong, RN, BSN, PHN, CPPM, Director of Care Coordination at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, and Student, University of St. Thomas Health Care MBA
Whenever I see a TRUST event come up, I clear my calendar. This organization is about women who believe in one another and the value we can bring to the community. Many organizations want you to volunteer — this organization wants you to engage by sharing your time, talent and treasures.
Jeri Meola, President, SMS Research Advisors
Cathy Barr, COO, HealthEast Care System invited me to a TRUST event 4 years ago and I joined shortly after. I have truly enjoyed meeting many women leaders that I would not have had a chance to connect with otherwise and appreciate the networking opportunities. I attended the Pinnacle Leader Dinner on 3.23.16 with Andrea Walsh Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at HealthPartners. I not only had the opportunity to hear about Andrea’s leadership journey; but also spent an engaging dinner with 12 others from various companies within health care. I think the TRUST is a great organization and one that I recommend to others on a regular basis.
Kristi A. Ball, MBA, RN, Director, Operations & Patient Care Services, Bethesda Hospital, HealthEast Care System
The TRUST is providing excellent resources for leadership development at a critical time for me as I grow in my new role at work. I particularly benefit from the mentoring program. My TRUST mentor is amazing!

I have been a member of The TRUST for just about a year now. It has been an invaluable resource for me as I develop my network and grow my knowledge of the health care industry. As the leader of the St. Kate's MBA program (one of our concentrations is health care), I am always looking to be a part of organizations that make a difference — for women, for health care, and for business in general. The TRUST does all three. It has been a great journey so far, and I can't wait to expand my knowledge and my network this year and beyond!
Michelle Wieser, MBA Director and Associate Professor, St. Catherine University
The TRUST is a tremendous resource for developing leadership opportunities, specifically through their personal development series and the newly launched, mentor program. Being able to directly apply innovative and strategic skills from women in leadership is empowering and educational! The TRUST has taken great effort to match mentor and mentee appropriately while developing thoughtful materials to ensure success. Due to this investment, I consider the connection with my mentor to last well beyond the program as my career develops.

The TRUST is a group of like-minded women who have a passion for learning, sharing and growing both personally and professionally. What I immediately recognized and continue to appreciate is the genuine interest of members to network with one another. I highly recommend Women’s Health Leadership TRUST to all leaders in health care who are interested in joining a group who will show genuine interest in your career, offer you an opportunity to contribute your ideas and a place where you will find leaders eager and willing to share their knowledge and expertise.
