The Women’s Health Leadership TRUST Forum
Postponed: Date TBD, 2020
After careful consideration and out of concern for the health and wellbeing of attendees and the community at large, we have decided to postpone our annual Forum originally scheduled for April 21st at the Minneapolis Convention Center due to rising public health risks connected to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The event will be rescheduled this fall. More information will be shared as details are finalized.
The Forum is an evening of inspiration, empowerment and celebration and this year’s theme of “Together We Rise” rings truer than ever before during this uncertain time. The TRUST stands behind our members and community as we are committed to providing a safe environment for all and will continue to regularly monitor the situation with COVID-19 through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Keynote Presenter: Julie Gilbert
Julie grew up in small-town South Dakota and went on to be
a globally-known transformation and growth entrepreneur for Fortune 50 companies as well as leading the creation and scale of her own technology company PreciouStatus. Julie is recognized as an inventive global technology CEO, Fortune 50 Executive,
CPA, Investor, and Corporate Board Director known for creating explosive growth-focused strategies, culturally engaging approaches, and digital and company-wide transformation.
She is a strategic, masterful, resilient, and persevering pioneer; 16 years ago, she initiated the brave and visionary leadership to transform Best Buy from "a store built by guys for guys" to one where "women want to work and to shop" by architecting
the "WOLF Pack" enterprise transformation growth and innovation capability adding $4.4 billion in incremental female revenue, over 9 million new female customers, and documented dramatic increases in women at all levels, and a reduction in female
turnover in its initial 5 years under her leadership. Brad Anderson, CEO of Best Buy at the time, called WOLF "highly eccentric, very, very, unusual and brilliant." When Julie departed as Senior Vice President in 2009, the most profitable customer
was a 30-year-old female, a first in the 40-year company history.
