You spoke, we listened. Earlier this year, we asked our membership what they wanted in a refreshed TRUST website. Using your input, the TRUST is proud to launch our new fully mobile-responsive website with a redesigned look and new features.

Updates and new features include:

  • Member Profile: Updated data fields so we can serve you better!  This will enhance our members-only and public searchable directories so you can better connect with peers. How much or how little of the enhanced data is available in the members-only searchable directory is up to you. See the Member Search note below.
  • Membership Renewal: You will now be able to auto-renew your membership — this option is available when you join or renew your membership;
  • Easier Access: Updated navigation and reorganized content make it easier to access materials and programs for the TRUST’s key offerings — networking, education, leadership development and career advancement. A new Member Central page offers members a quick way to access benefits while showing nonmembers the value of TRUST membership;
  • Online Discussion Group: Log in and share your ideas;
  • A new TRUST Blog: Email if you are interested in contributing content!

Member Search Note: The members-only search is available only to current TRUST members with a log in and current membership. The public search is available to all visitors to the site and could be indexed by Google or another search engine. You’ll see an icon next to the data fields in your profile (to access this page, login, then go to Manage Profile, then Edit Bio link) that will allow you to determine the privacy of each data field individually. Currently, all fields except name and organization are set to be visible only to members or website administrators.

You can update and save your profile changes. If you wish to remove your listing from the members-only and/or public search, you may opt out. This is also within Manage Profile, Edit Bio. Once you are there, scroll down to the Personal Information section, and in the last field update the “Opt into WHLT Public Search" to “No."

We’ve put together the following 2-3 minute webinars on our new website features:

We look forward to your feedback on the new website and your involvement in the TRUST.

WOW! Congratulations on a job well done and for all the effort to expand the capabilities and the robustness of the Trust website. This brings more value to the Trust members by creating member engagement linkages throughout the membership. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! These additional features are great tools to drill down and connect with other members through the NEW SEARCH ENGINE capabilities. This has been a request from members over the last few years to be able to network with members with related healthcare market segmentation and leadership capabilities. These are also great tools to find and network with other members to complement and grow leadership skills and capabilities through informal mentoring. One again, great job for all those involved in making this website more robust! BRAVO! Kathleen Ziegler
