Working through financial anxiety

Money touches every aspect of our lives. Financial anxiety is something we all experience, regardless of socioeconomic status or income. Financial anxiety shows up in the way we think, feel, and interact with money, and when left unattended, it can cause us to make unwise financial choices. In this presentation, financial therapist Lindsay Bryan-Podvin, LMSW will help attendees identify financial anxiety and share strategies to help cope these uncomfortable feelings in a healthy and productive way.

 

About our speaker:

Lindsay Bryan-Podvin is a biracial financial therapist, speaker, and author. As the first financial therapist in Michigan, she combines financial literacy with the emotional and psychological side of money. She's passionate about helping couples and individuals learn how to have a healthy relationship with money by removing shame from it. She helps her clients navigate financial wellness in a way that works for them.
