Becoming Fearless

What does "being fearless" mean…exactly? Imagine bringing your full self to every relationship and interaction or experiencing life, work and love as your most true, authentic self. Imagine living without self-doubt or the endless mental chatter of “What are others going to think?”

Cindy Kent believes that authenticity is the foundation of fearlessness. Further, real fearlessness is the bold synchronicity born at the intersection between authenticity, confidence and capabilities. What myths have you told yourself or accepted from others that have sabotaged your confidence and prevented you from showing up authentically? In this keynote, Cindy Kent, an accomplished business executive and leader, will share personal stories of both failures and victories on her journey. These experiences have taught her that being fearless is not the absence of fear, but rather not letting fear or a little trepidation hold you back from becoming the best version of yourself.

Parking is available in the Washington Avenue Ramp with skyway access to The Graduate Hotel. The ramp offers disability spaces on each level. The University Avenue Ramp is just a few blocks from the hotel.
