What’s the More in Final Four:
Large Events and Their Impact on Minnesota

Tuesday, August 14 | Registration 4:15 p.m. | Program 5–7 p.m.

Mayo Clinic Square, 600 Hennepin Ave., Downtown Minneapolis

4:15 p.m. Registration opens
5:00 p.m. Program begins (allow plenty of time so you arrive in time for the beginning)
6:00 p.m. Reception and networking

$60 – TRUST members
$75 – non-members

Ticket includes the presentation plus appetizers and one beverage. Please note that the rate for event parking at the Mayo Clinic Square ramp is $15 (there is a Lynx game the same evening as our event). Other city-owned parking ramps and private parking ramps in the area may be less expensive, for those willing and able to walk a few blocks. Check out alternative routes into and out of downtown to make your trip easier. If you wish to take light rail, Mayo Clinic Square is one block south of the Warehouse District/Hennepin Avenue light rail station on the Metro Transit Blue and Green lines.

The event will take place on the second and third floors of Mayo Clinic Square. Check-in and the reception are on the second floor and the presentation will be on the third floor. If you choose to park in the Mayo Clinic Square ramp, you can take either elevator in the ramp to the second floor. If you choose to park in another ramp or take another form of transportation, you can take the skyway right to the second floor of Mayo Clinic Square or enter from the street at the Hennepin Avenue entrance (right under the skyway) or the 1st Avenue entrance (right by the Loews Hotel) and come up to the second floor.
