Holly Scholl, TRUST Associate Board Chair

Holly Scholl

Holly Scholl is the Associate Board Chair and has been a member of the TRUST for 4 years, actively contributing to the Sponsorship Committee over the course of her membership, as well as the Forum Planning Committee and the Well -being Planning Committee for the first w ell-being retreat. Holly has a Master’s degree in Public Health earned from the University of Arizona and has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years in various roles, including digital healthcare start-ups, health and wellness programming and virtual care. Holly currently leads the Population Health Strategy at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota as the Senior Director of Sustainability for Population Health. Holly is passionate about elevating the career potential of women and the work the TRUS T does so well in providing meaningful connections, thought leadership, and inspiring programs. She lives in Lakeville with her husband, two sons and an energetic cockapoo.

Lindsey Niswanger, TRUST Associate Board Vice-Chair

Lindsey Niswanger

Lindsey Niswanger is the Director of Operations for Urgent Care and Convenience Care at Allina Health. In this role, she has accountability for quality outcomes, consumer experience, and financial performance for a broad network of urgent care sites, retail clinics, and online visits. In addition, she supports several ambulatory virtual care and digital strategies. Prior to her current role, Lindsey has held operational leadership roles in both primary and specialty care.

Lindsey is committed to im proving health through high quality, holistic clinical programs. She leverages industry trends, clinician insights, and the voice of the consumer to advance innovative programs and services. She drives growth opportunities and cultivates strategic partnerships to achieve organizational objectives.

Lindsey graduated from the Univer sity of Minnesota with a Master in Public Health and a Master in Healthcare Administration. She is active in her community and serves as a Board Member at EVOLVE Family Services, Membership Lead for Allina Health Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) Employee Resource Group, and Faculty Advisor for the University of Minnesota MHA Problem Solving Course. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two children.

Jessica Hendrickson, TRUST Associate Board Treasurer

Jessica Hendrickson

Jessica Hendrickson is currently the Director of Treasury at Prime Therapeutics. She is responsible for corporate liquidity, investment management, banking and investment manager partnerships, and the corporate risk program. In this role, Jessica works with both internal and external leaders to determine liquidity impacts of strategic projects and initiatives, develop and implement investment strategies, and identify and implement risk transfer techniques.

Jessica has over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, and investment management. Prior to joining Prime, Jessica held various leadership positions at Valspar Corporation, a global coatings company. She also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an external auditor.

Jessica has a B.A. in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of St Thomas. She holds a CPA license from the State of Minnesota.

Jessica lives in Minnesota with her husband and son. Her family enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors.

Adriene Thornton, TRUST Associate Board Diversity & Inclusion Committee

Adriene Thornton

Adriene Thornton has been a registered nurse for 30 years. Her professional career started in her home state of Georgia. She has worked at Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota for 23 years, with 16 of those years being as an infection preventionist . In her role she has been instrumental in establishing Children’s as an award-winning organization in the field of infection prevention. She has also played a key role in assisting with management of multiple disease outbreaks including measles, Ebola, and H1N1 influenza.

She was recently promoted to manager of experience and health equity. In this new role she and her team will work to improve the patient experience at all Children’s locations and build health equity into the fiber of the organization.

Adriene has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Albany State University in Albany, Georgia, and a master's degree in organizational management from Concordia University in St. Paul. She is completing her doctoral degree in business management with a health management focus.

Kristin Naruko, TRUST Associate Board Forum Committee

Kristin Naruko

Kristin Naruko has been with the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP)/Be The Match since 2008 and currently serves as the Vice President of Provider Services Operations. In this role, Kristin leads the teams focused on deliv ering life -saving cellular therapy products to patients worldwide. She is very passionate about the mission and vision of the organization: Saving Lives Through Cellular Therapy and Democratizing Cell Therapy with equal outcomes for all.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and has been a member of the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST since 2014.

Kate Slater, TRUST Associate Board Forum Committee

Kate Slater

Kate Slater is a marketing director for the central region of UnitedHealthcare. She leads marketing strategy for commercial health plans in MN-ND-SD, KS-NE-IA and TX -OK. She is responsible for developing marketing strategies and acquisition campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive growth. Kate has been with UnitedHealth Group since 2012. She has held both B2B and B2C marketing roles within Optum and UnitedHealthcare. Kate received her master’s degree in public health from the University of Minnesota and her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of St. Thomas.

Laura Weiglein, TRUST Associate Board Growth & Marketing Committee

Laura Weiglein

As Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at HealthPartners, Laura Weiglein leads strategy development and project management for the health plan's Health and Care Engagement division, which includes care management, utilization management, health and wel l-being, worksite health, quality improvement, medical coverage policy and credentialing. Laura's been at HealthPartners for nearly 10 years serving in a variety of program management, project management, and product development. Prior to coming to HealthPartners, Laura spent 8 years as a civil servant managing health promotion and recreation programs for the Department of Defense. Laura joined the TRUST in 2018 shortly after moving into her leadership role and attributes much of her success to the learni ngs and relationships she's gained through in this group. She has participated in the IMPACT Mentor Program (2020) and actively participates in the Strategic Growth and Marketing Committee.

Laura is married to her high-school sweetheart, Tad, and mom to William (7) and Anna (4). She earned bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance from Iowa State University and a master's degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology) from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In her free time, Laura's an endurance runner and women's running coach.

Tara Florek is currently the Global Education & Development Leader at 3M in their Health Care Business Group. 3M’s Health Care Business Group is serving the global healthcare industry through medical solutions, oral care, separation and purification sciences, health information systems, and food safety business. 3M Health Care Business Group connects people, insights, science and technology to solve problems and make better health possible. Tara is a proven leader with a broad education background having held various roles including Director of Client Education at Mediture, Epic Learning and Development Leader at HealthPartners, and Senior Learning and Development Consultant/Business Analyst at Stanford University. Tara holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in healthcare management and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Long -Term Care Administration.

Tara is an active member of the Woman’s Health Leadership Trust serving on the professional development committee, she serves on the Camp Fire Minnesota board of directors. She leads a Lean In Circle and volunteers with youth through 3M Visiting Wizards program. On a personal note, she is a proud mother of two children, loves all things travel, the outdoors, and an occasional date night with her husband Zane.

Ann Guyott, TRUST Associate Board Programming Committee

Ann Guyot

Ann Guyott is the Director of Operations for Emergency Care Consultants, P.A. She is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, including strategic planning, revenue cycle management, payer relationships, process improvement, and recruitment and hiring.

She joined the TRUST in late 2020 as an opportunity to connect and collaborate with both TRUST members as well as members of the greater healthcare community . She currently serves on the Programming Committee where she enjoys developing events for members to learn from and network with other healthcare leaders.

Ann earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and recently graduated this past May from the University of St. Thomas with a MBA. She is passionate about healthcare and leadership development, especially cultivating and supporting leaders early in their careers.

She lives in Carver with her husband, Jeff. She has three daughters, Taylor (20), Cecilia (6), and Aria (4). During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, being active with running and biking, listening to a podcast, and enjoying a nice, hot cup of coffee.

Molly Jacques, TRUST Associate Board Programming Committee

Molly Jacques is Sr. Director of Clinic Operations at Hennepin Healthcare overseeing daily operations for various primary, medicine specialty , and surgical practices within a new clinic and specialty center. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry working in the medical device industry, healthcare consulting , and for the last 10 years in clinic operations. Molly has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota with a focus in healthcare administration/policy and a Bachelor’s De gree from the College of St. Benedict with an undergraduate degree in Communication. She reside s in Lakeville, MN with her family including husband and two teenage children. They enjoy attending various sporting and community events , and cooking for family and friends.

Nell Kauls, TRUST Associate Board Wellness Event Co-Chair

Nell Kauls

Nell Kauls is a dedicated Healthcare Product Manager at Phreesia with 9 years of experience improving the healthcare system and driving product innovation. Her areas of expertise are in healthcare product strategy, new product development, and digital transformation in commercial and payer markets. She uses her business skills to create new market entry plans and develop products that meet consumer and client needs, staying focused on delivering high quality care and value.

Nell received her MBA with a focus in healthcare from Saint Catherine University in 2021. In addition to her day job, she uses her personal health journey (lost 90 pounds and kept it off for 11 years!) to help others reach their health goals as a Nutrition Educator. This experience has given her empathy and compassion for people on a health journey.

She lives in Apple Valley, MN with her husband, Marty, son, Eddie (soon to be at college), two dogs, Alvin and Jim, and cat, David Hemmings. She loves bootcamp workouts and hiking.

Sarah Torres, TRUST Associate Board Wellness Event Co-Chair

Sarah Torres

Sarah Torres is currently the Chief Operating Officer at United Family Medicine, a community health center in St . Paul, MN and has dedicated her 15+ year career to serving the underserved. She has a strong background in leading successful primary care clinics through periods of change and growth. Prior to coming to United Family Medicine, Sarah spent the majority of her career with Hennepin Healthcare where she led primary care clinics and later transitioned to a role where she executed on the organizations’ strategy to develop its primary care service line. Sarah is most energized by initiatives related to clinical quality and organizational/service line growth.

Sarah has her Master ’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities as well as her Bachelor’s in Spanish and International Relations, also from the University of Minnesota.

Personally, Sarah is the proud mother to Luis (age 15) and Leo (age 13) and they enjoy spending time at the cabin in Garrison, playing sports and gardening.
