The power to stay resilient to successfully lead ourselves through times of fear, failure and change with confidence is within us all as we continued to address racism, injustices and inequities as well as the pandemic.
That’s why we chose the theme “Power of Us” for the 2021 Forum. In 2020, we rose together through many challenges. We continued to harness the power of us – all of us – to keep moving forward. That included taking care of ourselves as individuals so we have the strength to remain resilient for the transformations the health care industry and our communities are undergoing.
Like butterflies, we represent change, hope, renewal and transformation. And when we join together as one collective, we can nurture our professional growth and improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
The TRUST Forum is our signature, annual event recognizing women and companies in health care who boldly transform the industry in remarkable ways. The Forum draws more than 800 attendees each year to celebrate the women impacting and advancing health care in our communities.
