Pinnacle Leader Program
The Pinnacle Leader Program allows a small group of TRUST members to meet with one senior leader and engage in discussion in an intimate setting during a quarterly, weeknight dinner.
The scope of the small-group dinners will be leadership and advancing women, though more specific topics will be chosen by the senior leader prior to the discussion. Those attending include: the Pinnacle Leader, eight TRUST members and a TRUST Board member who will act as host and facilitator of the discussion which will be led by the senior leader.
Pinnacle Leader dinners will be announced via email. Registration will be first-come, first-served; there will be no waiting list and attendees are financially responsible for their own food and drink. Due to the limited number of people allowed at each dinner, members will only be allotted one dinner per year. Attendees who cancel will forfeit their one dinner opportunity for the year and are responsible for finding their own replacement who will be responsible for one-eighth of the dinner check.
Participants should maintain professionalism during this dinner and most importantly, attendees cannot use the dinner as a sales or employment opportunity nor can they contact the senior leader after the dinner unless she first initiates contact.
The goal is to have three to four Pinnacle Leader dinners each year. Because Pinnacle Leaders have hectic and often unpredictable calendars, dinners will be scheduled one quarter in advance. Look for scheduling announcements via email in January, April, July and October; the name of the Pinnacle Leader will not be revealed until that time.
Each dinner will be evaluated to ensure its effectiveness and impact to all participants.
Everyone is on a journey and members at all stages in their careers and points of life will find this opportunity invaluable!
