Call for Nominations
In addition to the oustanding presentation by Regina E. Herzlinger at The Forum on April 26, we will be celebrating two women who exemplify the positive actions, traits and passion of leaders in the Health Care Industry with the Trusted Sr. Leader Award and an Emerging Leader Award. Details
- Trusted Sr. Leader Award - this is a person who has achieved a senior leadership role in the health care industry. She is recognized as a role model for leading change and innovation within her company and/or the industry. She helps mentor others either formally or informally and is actively involved in organizations that either promote improvements in the health care industry or support women in developing to their full potential. - Emerging Leader Award - this is a high-performing women who exhibits leadership charactistics and who demonstrates potential to become a formal leader in the health care industry. She demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, she takes initiative and influences others. She is committed to her own personal development, and in particular, advancing her leadership competencies. Nomination deadline: Feb. 26, 2010
Nominee does not have to be a Trust member; but, she must be present at the April 26 Forum to win; winners and nominators will be notified by mid-March. This is a great opportunity to recognize and thank a boss, colleague, peer, mentor or friend for the work they do and the example they set.
