UCare provides more than 140,000 health plan members with excellent health coverage plans and services. Here, you'll direct the fiscal operations of our HMO management activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal controls and financial reporting, purchasing, payroll and treasury activities. You'll also evaluate and implement financial measures relating to new business opportunities and appraise results.
Bachelor's degree in Business with Accounting emphasis required, plus CPA and 8+ years experience in accounting and financial management in a leadership role. Advanced degree in business or healthcare preferred. Public accounting and healthcare experience (especially in HMO setting) preferred.
